  • Interact with customers by phone and email to gather missing data for test samples.
  • Communicate test status; coordinate resending of results and mobile phlebotomy.
  • Triages and resolves customer questions; escalate to Genetic Counseling as needed.
  • Support Sales with account setup, kit orders, and order tracking.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and manage customer accounts and records.
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect PHI; maintain training status.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Two- or four-year degree or certification preferred
  • At least 2 years customer service experience
  • Multilingual skills a strong plus
  • Experience with Salesforce, LIMS, Twilio or similar platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
