Interact with customers by phone and email to gather missing data for test samples.
Communicate test status; coordinate resending of results and mobile phlebotomy.
Triages and resolves customer questions; escalate to Genetic Counseling as needed.
Support Sales with account setup, kit orders, and order tracking.
Respond promptly to inquiries and manage customer accounts and records.
Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect PHI; maintain training status.

🎯 Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Two- or four-year degree or certification preferred
At least 2 years customer service experience
Multilingual skills a strong plus
Experience with Salesforce, LIMS, Twilio or similar platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
