• Onboard and support district clients; implement and resolve issues.
• Assist internal teams with product navigation and tools.
• Build and manage JIRA workplans; maintain timelines.

• Document AI activity processes; improve workflows.
• Coordinate with district IT and troubleshoot issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 2–5 years in ops, PM, tech support, data analytics.
• Detail-oriented; manage multiple priorities.
• Clear communicator; synthesize info and influence stakeholders.
• Experience with LLMs (Claude/ChatGPT) and prompt iteration; JIRA familiarity.
• Tableau or BI tool; build dashboards and analyze data.
