  • Serve as first line of support for Ramp customers by phone (and email/chat)
  • Troubleshoot issues using product knowledge and critical thinking
  • Deliver accurate, empathetic solutions in a fast-paced, high-volume env
  • Own escalations; move tickets forward with internal teams
  • Adapt to new tools, product releases, and AI-powered workflows
  • Meet/exceed CSAT, QA, and speed-of-service metrics

  • Phone confidence as primary support channel
  • Able to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
  • Strong customer focus with empathy under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Quickly learn Ramp's platform and apply product knowledge
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
