- Troubleshoot issues using product knowledge and critical thinking
- Deliver accurate, empathetic solutions in a fast-paced, high-volume env
- Own escalations; move tickets forward with internal teams
- Adapt to new tools, product releases, and AI-powered workflows
- Meet/exceed CSAT, QA, and speed-of-service metrics

- Phone confidence as primary support channel
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Strong customer focus with empathy under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Quickly learn Ramp's platform and apply product knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
