📋 Description

  • Interact with buyers and sellers to ensure positive experiences

  • Become an expert in Whatnot’s product, processes, and systems
  • Collaborate with other teams to troubleshoot and resolve questions
  • Seek to reduce repeat contacts and improve the overall customer experience

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; graduating Dec 2025 or by Summer 2026
  • Strong communication; explain things clearly and compassionately
  • Customer-first attitude and ownership
  • Ability to multitask and learn new systems quickly
  • Team player mindset and drive to improve processes
  • Internship or part-time experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or support preferred
  • Exposure to support tools (Zendesk, Intercom) is a plus
  • Weekend availability required
