📋 Description

  • Manage onboarding for new hotel clients, including BI and PMS integrations and config.
  • Escalate complex issues to the Data Engineering team for quick resolution.
  • Train and empower clients via video calls and clear communication.
  • Handle 20-50 onboardings concurrently across implementation stages.
  • Serve as trusted advisor, translating technical info into user-friendly guidance.
  • Collaborate with the Product Integration Management team to troubleshoot data issues and ensure performance.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience in a technical implementation or client onboarding role.
  • Hands-on experience integrating software systems (PMS or BI tools).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for training users.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
  • Customer-centric mindset and problem-solving focus.
  • Proactive, collaborative approach to improving team processes.
