📋 Description

  • Provide warm, responsive support across email, chat, and phone

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer support experience (email, phone, and/or chat)
  • Ability to communicate clearly in spoken and written English
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Authorized to work as a 1099 contractor in the U.S.
  • Reliable high-speed internet (min 100 Mbps)
  • Computer with 16 GB RAM (recommended)
  • Quality headset for voice calls
  • Webcam for meetings/trainings
