🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years of customer support experience (email, phone, and/or chat)
- Ability to communicate clearly in spoken and written English
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Authorized to work as a 1099 contractor in the U.S.
- Reliable high-speed internet (min 100 Mbps)
- Computer with 16 GB RAM (recommended)
- Quality headset for voice calls
- Webcam for meetings/trainings
