🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years of customer support experience (email, phone, and/or chat)
- Ability to communicate clearly in spoken and written English
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Internet speed of at least 50Mbps to make video and VoIP calls
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience using help desk software and remote support platforms
- Google Workspace familiarity
- Experience with high-volume call environments
- Basic real estate knowledge
- B2B customer support
🎁 Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $16 USD/hour
- Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
- Duration: 3–6 months, potential extension
- Schedule: Shifts between 7 AM – 7 PM US Central Time
- Location: Remote. Philippines preferred
- Must be authorized to work as a 1099 contractor in the U.S.
