  • Digital learning expertise with LMS and digital adoption platforms (WalkMe, Intercom, Brainstorm).
  • Instructional design knowledge and understanding of adult learning principles.
  • Analytical mindset: define, track, and interpret KPIs to improve programs.
  • Bonus: experience with gamified/micro-learning platforms and certification programs.
