📋 Description

  • Own end-to-end onboarding and customer training to reach first value quickly.
  • Build scalable, repeatable enablement programs to reduce manual CS work.
  • Standardize onboarding activities and scale across customers.
  • Partner with CS, CX, Product, CS Ops, and Product Marketing to set a clear default state.
  • This is a leverage role; success is measured by consistency, scale, and CS time saved.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in Customer Success, Training, Onboarding, Professional Services, or Enablement.
  • Core Paid Search concepts and Google Ads.
  • Explain how Adthena’s data fits into paid search workflows.
  • Familiar with how advertisers use competitive intelligence to optimise performance.
  • Proven experience running live sessions, workshops, or training with clear structure.
  • Nice To Have: Experience with Synthesia and Planhat.
