  • 4+ years in TAM/Tech CS/Customer Success in SaaS
  • Excellent communication across customer personas
  • Strong product knowledge with a customer-first approach
  • Proven ability to drive outcomes with cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English (LATAM focus)
  • Nice to have: experience with Figma or design tools
