  • Deliver virtual instructor-led training (vILT) for Admin Enablement and Whatโ€™s New.
  • Design and iterate vILT curricula with product SMEs.
  • Mentor peers and shape training strategy and content.
  • Align training with customer success goals and product updates.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and represent Education.
  • Support post-session follow-up and refine future sessions.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 6+ years in instructional delivery, training, or enablement.
  • Strong understanding of software products, esp incentive comp, SaaS, analytics.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Translate complex concepts into learner-friendly content.
  • Experience with Zoom and LMS tools (Docebo); Slack/Confluence/Jira/Sharepoint.
  • Experience training users on Varicent or similar compensation platforms.
  • Expertise in adult learning and instructional design.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders; mentor peers.
