🎯 Requirements

- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Translate complex concepts into learner-friendly content.
- Experience with Zoom and LMS tools (Docebo); Slack/Confluence/Jira/Sharepoint.
- Experience training users on Varicent or similar compensation platforms.
- Expertise in adult learning and instructional design.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders; mentor peers.
