🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years in instructional delivery, training, or enablement.
- Strong understanding of software products, esp incentive compensation or analytics.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Translate complex concepts into learner-friendly content.
- Experience with Zoom, zuddl, Slack, Confluence, Jira, Sharepoint, and Docebo.
- Experience with Varicent or similar compensation platforms; product knowledge bonus.
