📋 Description

  • Deliver vILT for Admin Enablement and What’s New series.
  • Design and develop vILT curriculum with instructional designers.
  • Identify gaps and propose new modules and formats.
  • Align training objectives with customer success goals.
  • Mentor facilitators and lead cross-functional training initiatives.
  • Explore Generative AI to improve ILT operations.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in instructional delivery, technical training, or customer enablement.
  • Strong software product knowledge (incentive compensation, SaaS, analytics).
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into learner-friendly content.
  • Experience with Zoom, zuddl, Slack, Confluence, Jira, Docebo.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor peers.
