πŸ“‹ Description

  • Deliver polished, virtual training sessions to Varicent customers (Admin Enablement & webinars).
  • Design and develop vILT curriculum with product SMEs for accuracy and relevance.
  • Lead in shaping learning strategy, content development, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to peers; drive scalable training programs.
  • Facilitate post-session follow-up, gather feedback, and refine future sessions.
  • Represent Education in customer-facing events and maintain energy and credibility.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years of instructional delivery, technical training, or customer enablement.
  • Strong understanding of software products, esp. incentive compensation and analytics.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Able to translate complex technical concepts into learner-friendly content.
  • Experience with virtual platforms (Zoom, zuddl) and LMS tools (Docebo).
  • Experience training users on Varicent or similar compensation platforms; knowledge bonus.
