🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years in instructional delivery, training, or enablement.
- Strong software product knowledge, esp. incentive comp, SaaS, analytics.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into learner-friendly content.
- Experience with Zoom, zuddl, Slack, Confluence, Jira, Sharepoint, Docebo.
- Experience training users on Varicent or similar compensation platforms.
- Expertise in adult learning, instructional design, facilitation.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor peers.
