  • Design and develop vILT curriculum with product SMEs.
  • Identify gaps and propose new modules and formats.
  • Ensure training materials reflect latest product updates.
  • Apply adult learning principles to training content.
  • Align training objectives with customer success goals.
  • Collaborate with Enablement, Support, and Product teams.
  • Develop blended learning strategies (vILT, on-demand, job aids).
  • Deliver live virtual training sessions and webinars.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in instructional delivery, training, or enablement.
  • Strong software product knowledge, esp. incentive comp, SaaS, analytics.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into learner-friendly content.
  • Experience with Zoom, zuddl, Slack, Confluence, Jira, Sharepoint, Docebo.
  • Experience training users on Varicent or similar compensation platforms.
  • Expertise in adult learning, instructional design, facilitation.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor peers.
