π― Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in professional services, onboarding, implementation, or training
- Resourceful self-starter who overcomes roadblocks independently
- Able to train all levels, from operators to executives
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
- Experience with data and troubleshooting (validation checks, exports)
- Familiarity with Jira and SaaS delivery processes
- Experience with Smartsheet, SharePoint, Power Automate
- Supply chain and logistics experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field preferred
