  • Support customer enablement via targeted training sessions and role-based guidance.
  • Create and maintain customer-facing enablement materials aligned to product releases.
  • Coach users toward platform proficiency and adoption; reinforce best practices.
  • Coordinate launch readiness with checklists (data validation, configuration) with teams.
  • Track readiness milestones, dependencies, and risks to keep launches on schedule.
  • Triage and coordinate resolution of launch-related issues across internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years in professional services, onboarding, implementation, or training
  • Resourceful self-starter who overcomes roadblocks independently
  • Able to train all levels, from operators to executives
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
  • Experience with data and troubleshooting (validation checks, exports)
  • Familiarity with Jira and SaaS delivery processes
  • Experience with Smartsheet, SharePoint, Power Automate
  • Supply chain and logistics experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field preferred
