🎯 Requirements

  • 2–5 years in customer education or technical training
  • Experience with CLM platforms or legal tech
  • Experience creating SaaS/enterprise customer-facing learning materials
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills; lead training sessions independently
  • Experience developing eLearning with Articulate Rise, Storyline, and Camtasia
  • Strong AI literacy and enthusiasm for emerging AI technologies
