• Own the full lifecycle of AlphaSense Certification program from development to delivery and expansion
• Grow program across channels with always-on programming, microcertifications, and private certifications
• Measure and communicate certification impact on product adoption, leads, and renewals
• Build and nurture a community of power users and advocates via training, video, surveys, and more
• Develop assets and resources to keep the community ahead of AlphaSense evolving platform capabilities
