  • Own a segment of MaintainX curriculum and map knowledge/skills to content.
  • Research learning audience to stay current on motivations and skill changes.
  • Use ADDIE and SAM to develop instructional content.
  • Design and execute a content maintenance strategy aligned to roadmap and impact.
  • Develop distribution plan beyond Academy (docs, in-app guidance, marketing).
  • Help define the Customer Education roadmap with broader team.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in education-related roles (Customer Education, Training & Enablement, L&D, or teaching)
  • 3+ years developing eLearning content
  • Proficiency with Camtasia
  • Proficiency with course authoring tools such as Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or Parta
  • Familiarity with LMS
  • Experience collaborating with SMEs for content ideation and review
