  • Own a key segment of the MaintainX curriculum, defining required knowledge and skills.
  • Conduct ongoing research into learning audience motivations and skill trends.
  • Use ADDIE and SAM to craft instructional content for behavior change.
  • Design and execute a content maintenance plan aligned to the product roadmap.
  • Develop a distribution plan using help docs, in-app guidance, and collateral.
  • Help define the Customer Education roadmap with the broader team.
  • Provide consultation on curriculum and content design to teammates.

🎯 Requirements

  • Five+ years in an education-related role (Customer Education, Training & Enablement, L&D, etc.).
  • Three+ years creating eLearning content.
  • Proficiency with Camtasia for video production.
  • Proficiency with Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or Parta.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).
  • Experience collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs).
  • Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Detail-oriented with grammar, aesthetics, and consistency.
