🎯 Requirements

- Strategic owner and hands-on builder in lean, team-of-one.
- Strong instructional design and storytelling for technical topics (AI features).
- Experience designing for multiple formats: self-paced, webinars, in‑app guidance.
- Cross-functional with Product, CS, Support, Marketing; synthesize input into learner-centered programs.
- Data- and outcome-driven; nice-to-have: LMS/Articulate 360.
