📋 Description

  • Own the 12–18 month Customer Education roadmap aligned to launches and AI.
  • Build and run programs: Academy content, webinars, in‑app education.
  • Create modular content: lessons, tours, job aids across channels.
  • Partner with Product and PMM to scope features needing education.
  • Define KPIs and iterate the roadmap with data and feedback.
  • Own education tools and processes; work with SMEs/contractors.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5–8+ years in Customer Education or Instructional Design in B2B SaaS with ownership.
  • Strategic owner and hands-on builder in lean, team-of-one.
  • Strong instructional design and storytelling for technical topics (AI features).
  • Experience designing for multiple formats: self-paced, webinars, in‑app guidance.
  • Cross-functional with Product, CS, Support, Marketing; synthesize input into learner-centered programs.
  • Data- and outcome-driven; nice-to-have: LMS/Articulate 360.
