Customer Data ML Intern

📋 Description

• Review and analyze the opportunity health scoring model and features.
• Integrate data from CRM, sales activity, product usage, and deals.
• Design features to improve predictive accuracy (engagement signals).
• Build feature engineering pipelines for model development and experimentation.
• Train, test, and evaluate ML models; compare to baselines.
• Tune models to improve performance using business metrics.
• Help integrate improved models into scoring and reporting pipelines.
• Validate outputs with Analytics, RevOps, and sales stakeholders.
• Document model logic, features, and assumptions for future improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Pursuing CS/Data Science/ML/Statistics/Engineering/Analytics (sophomore to grad).
• Strong interest in applied ML.
• On-site in Arlington, VA (4 days/week).
• Experience with Python for data analysis.
• Knowledge of ML concepts: feature engineering, training, evaluation.
• Experience with SQL and structured data.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Azure or modern data platforms.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work with ambiguity and iterate.
