🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in customer-focused roles
• 1+ years payroll service bureau experience
• Knowledge of payroll taxes (federal/state/local, paid leave)
• Ability to operate independently with changing priorities
• Strong problem solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
