This is an on-site role based in Nairobi; reporting to the Team Leader - Activations.
- Screen and allocate new customers for onboarding
- Verify documents and data accuracy as shared by sales
- Guide customers through onboarding and activation steps
- Follow scripts, processes and compliance guidelines
- Update customer records promptly on relevant platforms
- Upload customer data to telematics platforms
- Capture details and issue insurance certificates
- Provide clear communication during activation
- Escalate incomplete or non-compliant sales
- Collaborate with teams to resolve onboarding issues
- Track onboarding progress and activation timelines
- Share feedback for process improvements

- Diploma in Customer Service or related field
- Experience in onboarding or customer service
- Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow structured scripts and processes
- Problem-solving and escalation ability
