📋 Description

• Field incoming calls and emails from Allegiant Credit Card holders.
• Book BOGO reservations and assist with account linking.
• Answer questions on points and member statements.
• Act as SME for the credit card product.
• Collaborate to deliver proactive service and recovery as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to service standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Authorized to work in the US; pass background check.
• High School Diploma/GED; 3+ years customer service.
• Advanced computer literacy; proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; multitasking skills.
• Availability for all hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
