🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years of technical customer support experience
- Experience at a technical support center assisting diverse customers
- Cover NAM EST or CST time zones and participate in after-hours on-call rotation
- Strong understanding of networking, cloud or security fundamentals
- Experience supporting a multi-vendor network (A10, Arista, Cisco, F5, Fortinet, Juniper, Palo Alto Networks, AWS, GCP)
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication and analytical/problem-solving skills
