📋 Description

  • Deliver world-class post-sales customer support and technical guidance.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of technical customer support experience
  • Experience at a technical support center assisting diverse customers
  • Cover NAM EST or CST time zones and participate in after-hours on-call rotation
  • Strong understanding of networking, cloud or security fundamentals
  • Experience supporting a multi-vendor network (A10, Arista, Cisco, F5, Fortinet, Juniper, Palo Alto Networks, AWS, GCP)
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication and analytical/problem-solving skills
