📋 Description

• Help customers through quality conversations and service
• Answer phones and assist with orders, returns, and site navigation
• Build relationships based on trust, kindness, and reliability
• Recommend products aligned with customer needs
• Practice active listening and diffuse upset customers
• Participate in ongoing training and learning opportunities
• Use appropriate software, databases, scripts, and tools
• Follow company policies and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Must be located in Alberta, Canada
• 1-2 years of customer care or service experience
• Proven strong service attitude (volunteer work ok)
• Exceptional service skills: active listening, communication
• Proficiency with computers and typing
• Private, secure, quiet home workspace
• Reliable high-speed internet (min 10 Mbps per person)
• Legally authorized to work in Canada; no visa sponsorship
• Able to complete 2-week training Feb 9-20, 9am-6pm EST
