📋 Description

  • Own full sales cycle for AMS and Phase X in Central/West
  • Build co-selling relationships with Workday AEs and field sales
  • Attend Workday events, Regional User Groups, partner forums, and client events
  • Identify expansion opportunities within Workday accounts with 2,500 employees or fewer
  • Manage CRM pipeline, forecast accurately, and update leadership on deal status
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to develop proposals and statements of work

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years Workday experience (HCM, Financials, Payroll)
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Workday SI or Partner Sales at another Workday implementation partner
  • HCM or Financials domain expert turned seller
  • Existing relationships with Workday AEs in Central/West
  • Experience selling professional services, managed services, or SaaS-adjacent solutions
