Customer Audit Manager

📋 Description

• Create and communicate the strategy to deliver Okta Security’s audit program
• Maintain an evidence repository for third-party audits with Security Compliance
• Coordinate and schedule customer or prospect onsite and virtual audits
• Understand customer risk concerns and lead the presentation of evidence
• Develop and publish content regarding Okta’s security controls
• Coordinate between Customer Trust, GRC and stakeholders to document audit observations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or MIS or equivalent
• Knowledge of IT security frameworks (SOC2, SOC1, ISO27001)
• Experience with SOC1/2 and ISO27001 compliance
• Understanding of security, privacy risk assessments and contingency planning
• IT/cloud methodologies, SDLC and operations knowledge
• Certifications: CISA, GSEC, CISSP, CCSK, CCAK
