  • Collaborate with the account team to provide ongoing technical coverage.
  • Define the technical success plan for each customer.
  • Onboard customers, drive adoption, and promote Elastic expansion.
  • Act as trusted technical advisor; align Elastic solutions with business goals.
  • Identify and eliminate technical frictions to smooth adoption.
  • Travel and onsite customer engagements as required.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Information Systems or related field preferred.
  • Fluency in German is required.
  • Experience as Solutions Architect/Technical Consultant/Pre-sales with Elastic or equivalents.
  • Hands-on with Elastic Observability, Security, Enterprise Search or Elastic Stack.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven problem-solving and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
