  • 6+ years in customer marketing, brand comms, or content roles in B2B/tech
  • Strong storyteller with excellent written and content development skills
  • Comfortable partnering with Sales and cross-functional teams to support GTM priorities
  • Able to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about elevating customer voices and storytelling impact
  • Well-organized with a structured approach to customer advocacy
