🎯 Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in customer marketing/advocacy roles.
  • Proven success managing advocacy/reference programs.
  • Excellent PM and communications skills.
  • Experience with references, case studies, and testimonials.
  • Strong storytelling and content development skills.
  • Experience with online reviews on G2 and Gartner.
