  • Shadow the APAC & Japan Customer Advocacy manager to learn programs.
  • Support 1:1 and RFP customer reference requests across teams.
  • Manage and track customer reference requests via marketing tools.
  • Qualify and maintain a targeted pipeline of strategic customer relationships.
  • Contribute to high-quality customer stories and marketing content.
  • Coordinate advisory boards/councils and pre/post event reporting.

🎯 Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Journalism, English, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Available for a full-time 12-week internship, Singapore office, May-Aug.
  • A strong portfolio of writing samples across formats.
  • Ability to write clearly and concisely with adaptable tone for digital platforms.
  • Strong project management, research, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; curious and proactive.
