🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in customer marketing/advocacy; enterprise B2B preferred; cybersecurity a plus
  • Build trusted relationships with customers and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Exceptional storytelling and writing across formats
  • Experience managing third-party review programs (G2, Gartner Peer Insights)
  • Strong organizational skills; manage multiple programs simultaneously; data-minded
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
