🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in implementation, activation, or customer success in B2B
  • Experience managing strategic enterprise customer relationships with numerous stakeholders
  • Experience running complex technology transformation projects with multiple workstreams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; deep discovery to understand needs
  • Proven ability to work with Product and Engineering to share feedback and troubleshoot
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs and position product solutions

  • NYC/SF pay range: $154,700 - $263,900; other locations: $139,300 - $237,500
