π― Requirements
- 10+ years in implementation, activation, or customer success in B2B
- Experience managing strategic enterprise customer relationships with numerous stakeholders
- Experience running complex technology transformation projects with multiple workstreams
- Excellent verbal and written communication; deep discovery to understand needs
- Proven ability to work with Product and Engineering to share feedback and troubleshoot
- Ability to anticipate customer needs and position product solutions

- NYC/SF pay range: $154,700 - $263,900; other locations: $139,300 - $237,500
