🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years of customer and/or account management experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and forecasting skills.
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment; HR tech is a plus.
  • Retention quota experience with strategies that drive results.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Gainsight, Drift, Google Suite, and Slack.
