  • Own a defined set of customer relationships, expansion and renewal
  • Develop commercial relationships to increase Braze utilization and value
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to secure contract renewals
  • Nurture and close account expansion deals, including upsell, cross-sell, and net new lines of business
  • Effectively communicate customer feedback to the Braze product team
  • Achieve quarterly upsell and renewal targets

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in Account Management or SaaS sales with quota
  • Ability to research accounts and develop a POV on value
  • Proven success navigating large orgs and decision makers
  • SaaS sales experience in Mobile and/or Marketing Tech
  • Excellent verbal, written, and executive presentation skills
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and MS Office suite
