📋 Description

  • Own and manage a book of customers, driving expansion.
  • Partner with customers to maximize contract value and strengthen relationships.

  • Develop deep expertise in TeamDynamix’s products and licensing models for discussions.
  • Proactively engage customers to uncover needs for consulting and services.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to lead discovery conversations and demos for expansion.

🎯 Requirements

  • Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3–5+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales with expansion focus.
  • Highly preferred: ITSM, ESM, PPM, iPaaS, or related markets.
  • Proven expansion sales in existing enterprise accounts.
  • Experience using Salesforce to manage pipeline and forecast.
  • Excellent listening, critical thinking, and objection-handling skills.
