- Oversee custody lifecycle: safekeeping, settlement (T+2), and reconciliation.
- Manage end-to-end custody for Alpaca's clients in Saudi markets with Edaa and Tadawul.
- Liaise with Edaa, Tadawul, custodian banks, and internal teams for compliance.
- Improve processes to boost efficiency and reduce risk per CMA rules.
- Lead corporate actions processing: dividends, rights issues, splits, etc.
- Collaborate with engineering/product to automate custody workflows.
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in securities custody, clearing, or brokerage ops (Saudi/GCC).
- Strong knowledge of Edaa and Tadawul settlement workflows.
- Deep CMA regs knowledge: Securities Regulations, AML, and client asset protection.
- Familiarity with Saudi asset classes: equities, Sukuk, ETFs, REITs, gov't bonds.
- Excellent Arabic and English communication; cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with reconciliation and settlement break resolution.
- Ability to document and improve operational procedures in regulated env.
- Experience mentoring a custody operations team.
