Custodian

📋 Description

• Perform routine cleaning of common areas, offices, hallways, and support spaces
• Keep floors, walkways, and workspaces clean and debris-free
• Support cleaning in data hall-adjacent areas with access controls
• Collect, separate, and dispose of trash and recyclables per site policies
• Maintain custodial supplies and ESG-related records
• Coordinate activities with Operations to support site readiness

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 2+ years in custodial or facilities support preferred
• Experience operating cleaning or grounds equipment preferred
• Basic computer skills: email, training systems, data entry
• Physical ability to lift, walk, stand, bend; outdoors in varying conditions
• Flexible hours to support weather events or operational priorities
