Community Program Manager, Campus

📋 Description

• Develop and own the campus playbook to reach CS students at top universities
• Partner with student orgs and professors to maximize Cursor adoption
• Own and scale the student discount program and Campus Ambassador program
• Define the campus programs roadmap in a high-autonomy, builder role
• Support ambassadors with playbooks, resources, and guidance for events
• Collaborate with marketing to tell the Cursor student story

🎯 Requirements

• 1-5 years at a high-velocity startup with a meaningful community program
• Operationally excellent; manage multiple workstreams across time zones
• Strong bias toward action and shipping; dive into the weeds when needed
• Empathy and understanding of what makes communities tick
• Thrives in fast-paced environments, ambiguity, and building new things
• Passionate about education and helping students on their journey
