- Ability to coach and lead educational staff
- Strong background in Special Education incl cognitive; LD, Autism, BD, ED, and OHI
- PBIS and trauma-informed programming a plus
- Excellent organization, time management, and follow-up
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; clear writing
- Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and strategic planning skills
- Ability to multitask
