🎯 Requirements
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related field.
- 3–5 years as a Business Analyst in IT or related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Visio, and requirements management software (Azure DevOps preferred).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Background in retail POS systems, inventory management, or supply chain (preferred).
