🎯 Requirements

- Experience: 3–5 years as a Business Analyst in IT or related field
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, Visio, and requirements management software (Azure Dev Ops preferred)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
