📋 Description

  • Collaborate with the Business Integrations Department to understand and capture IT demands

🎯 Requirements

  • Excellent analytical and documentation skills
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related field
  • Experience: 3–5 years as a Business Analyst in IT or related field
  • Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, Visio, and requirements management software (Azure Dev Ops preferred)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
