• Be the face of Curaleaf, guiding customers through products and services.
• Create welcoming, informative experiences; help guests find the right product.
• Work with the team to keep a respectful, upbeat store.
• Recommend products, handle checkout, enroll guests in rewards.
• Meet daily sales goals through upselling.
• Help open/close, cash handling, and restocking as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months in a customer-facing or sales role.
• At least 6 months experience using POS systems and handling cash.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced, compliant store.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and tech-savviness.
