📋 Description

• Lead by example to deliver a welcoming guest experience.
• Coach the team to provide personalized product recommendations.
• Drive consultative selling and enroll guests in our rewards program.
• Ensure SOPs, safety protocols, and accurate POS/cash handling.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and inventory integrity.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to develop store talent.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year in customer-facing sales.
• 1+ year POS and cash handling.
• 6+ months leadership experience in retail.
• 6+ months retail operations experience.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with SOPs, safety and loss prevention.
