- Oversee daily lab operations to produce high-quality cannabis concentrates and extracts using safe, precise, and compliant extraction processes.
- Review production schedules, prepare plant materials and supplies for extraction, and monitor equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant lab environment following cGMP and safety standards.
- Lead, train, and support Lab Technicians, promoting safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Support development of new purification methods and in-process materials to drive quality and innovation.
- Manage and track inventory in state cannabis systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping of materials and finished products.
🎯 Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with supercritical CO2 extraction systems.
- Background in the cannabis industry or another highly regulated production setting.
- OSHA 10/30 certification.
- Detail-oriented, safety-minded, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
- Associate’s degree in a related field preferred.
