Job Title:Lead Inventory Coordinator

Who You Are:

As aLead InventoryCoordinatoryou will be responsiblefor both data input, quality, and audits.You will work closely with the InventoryManager and Cultivation team to ensure that we are proactive in addressing potential issues,maintainingcompliance throughout the facility,maintainingcompliance withinBiotrack/Metric systems and to formulate, implement and enforce proper techniques within the cultivation department.

WhatYou’llDo:

  • Conduct inventory inspections and maintain METRC andBiotracklogsin order toensure traceability of plant/product movement throughout the facility.

  • Communicatewithcultivationteamin order tocreate new plantings in METRC by using information on the clone logs.

  • Create METRC plant tags for plants.

  • Conductweeklyphysical countsof each flower room as well as the Mother Room.

  • Audit each plantroomthrough theBiotrack/Metric Systemson a monthly basis.

  • Completeaccuratedocumentation and enter data to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.

  • Identify, communicate, and document discrepancies to team leads andInventory Manager.

  • Ensure that all waste is properly logged on waste log sheets, processed inBiotrack/Metrcand properly disposed of.

  • Collect daily waste fromthecultivation team for all plant rooms.

  • Assiststhegrowteam during harvests anduseMETRC to upload new plants to rooms.

  • Assistother departments withthecompletion of their monthly audits.

  • Trainandeducate ondata collection and auditing systems and procedures.

  • Establish data quality standards and work withtheManagement team to ensure standards are met in compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Ensure quality data collection techniques areestablishedfor reporting and monitoring requirements.

  • Maintain strict adherence toestablishedprocedures.

  • Participate inproblem-solvingactivities to drive process improvements.

WhatYou’llBring:

  • 3+ years of data managementexperience.

  • 3+ years of inventoryand auditing experience.

  • Advanced knowledge and experience managing database systems and/or datawarehouse.

  • Advanced knowledge and experience with data integration and extraction from and to multiple diverse data sources and software programs.

  • Ability to solvecomplex data problems andpossessesstrong analytical and organizational skills.

  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage several tasks/projects concurrently and prioritize work effectively.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced,ever changingenvironment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Requires the ability to sit or stand for 10 hours per dayand the ability to work in confined spaces. This positionrequires consistent hand eye coordination and excellent hand dexterity. Must be able to bend,liftand stoop continuouslyandlift upto 30 lbs.

  • This position has a

    llergen warnings -potential exposure to dust, pollen, and plant pathogens.Exposure to cleaning solvents, such as high volumes of isopropyl alcohol.All jobs require daily use of provided PPE, such as masks, hair nets, beard covers, respirators, boot covers, scrubs, non-slip shoes, and Tyveksuitsas necessary.Exposure toloud noises, including but not limited to air compressors, packaging equipment, and alarms.Exposure to CO2 manufacturing procedures at OSHA approved CO2 levels.
