📋 Description

IPM Technician responsible for applying preventative agents to preserve product quality in our Hammonton cultivation facility.

  • Conduct daily pest and disease monitoring to ensure plant health.
  • Maintain up-to-date pesticide and preventative agent logs.
  • Mix and apply pesticides and cleaners per protocol.
  • Operate and maintain Dramm Hydraulic Sprayers for IPM.
  • Apply IPM products and beneficial bugs to plants.
  • Coordinate application schedules with the IPM Supervisor.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
  • Uphold quality standards; document follow-up inspections.

🎯 Requirements

  • Positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Strong time management; works independently.
  • Lift up to 40 lbs; stand or sit for long periods.
  • Adaptable; attention to documentation and organization.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with pesticides, cleaning agents, or hydraulic sprayers.
