IPM Technician responsible for applying preventative agents to preserve product quality in our Hammonton cultivation facility.
- Conduct daily pest and disease monitoring to ensure plant health.
- Maintain up-to-date pesticide and preventative agent logs.
- Mix and apply pesticides and cleaners per protocol.
- Operate and maintain Dramm Hydraulic Sprayers for IPM.
- Apply IPM products and beneficial bugs to plants.
- Coordinate application schedules with the IPM Supervisor.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
- Uphold quality standards; document follow-up inspections.
🎯 Requirements
- Positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Strong time management; works independently.
- Lift up to 40 lbs; stand or sit for long periods.
- Adaptable; attention to documentation and organization.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with pesticides, cleaning agents, or hydraulic sprayers.
