About the Role

As a Delivery Driver, you’ll be the face of our company on the road, ensuring the secure and timely delivery of cannabis products to our Dispensaries and Wholesale customers. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to changing schedules—delivery times may shift based on operational needs, and adjustments can occur with as little as 48 hours’ notice. You’ll help create a positive experience with every delivery while maintaining compliance and safety standards.

• Deliver with Care: Safely and promptly deliver products to designated locations.
• Coordinate Efficiently: Work closely with the Processing and Packaging team to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
• Maintain Vehicles: Keep delivery vehicles in excellent condition and perform routine checks, including monitoring fluid levels.
• Document Accurately: Upload delivery, maintenance, and compliance documentation into the appropriate electronic database.
• Plan Routes: Use routing software and GPS tools to plan efficient delivery routes.
• Represent the Brand: Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during all interactions.
• Follow Procedures: Adhere to all company policies and onboarding procedures.
• Team Contribution: Help maintain a positive work environment built on trust and respect.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Frequent standing, walking, and sitting during deliveries.
• Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl when necessary.
• Vision requirements include close and distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

• High tolerance for stress and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Exposure to loud noises from equipment such as air compressors, packaging machinery, and alarms.

• Proficiency with routing software and mapping programs.
• High school diploma or GED, with at least six months of related experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
